The next Governor of Maine has the opportunity to lead new and innovative solutions that will ensure every person who needs care and support services is able to receive that care and support.
The Partnership has one of the best collections of expertise and experience in the Country on this issue and Maine’s next Governor can lean into that expertise and energy. By working with the Partnership, the next Governor can help us ensure Maine builds a valued, well-trained, and appropriately compensated direct care and support workforce.
We know such a workforce is essential to the health and well-being of Maine’s people and economy. Let’s be sure the next Governor knows this too and knows we are hear to support them.
